Recently had our ensuite bathroom revamped by  Effective Property Maintenance.  What i thought was going to be a  nightmare turned out to be a pleasurable experience thanks to Sam and  his team.  From quote to finish  Sam kept us up to date with all of our progress. The job was completed in the  time frame we were told and our quote was very reasonable.  Sam fulfilled all  of our enquires by supplying us with any and all information that he could find. A  job well done

and very professional we love our new ensuite and look forward to doing future business with Sam and Effective Property Maintenance.
