“We first made contact with Sam at Effective Property Maintenance in July and by mid-August I was soaking in my new bathtub, lovingly gazing at my stylish and functional bathroom renovation.

At 7 months pregnant I was really concerned about the inconveniences of having no bathroom, laundry and wc during the renovations, however, Sam and his team made it easy and stress free, with very little disruptions.

The final results and speed at which the project was completed exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family were also amazed with the transformations. We will definitely be contacting Sam for future projects.”
