We both felt genuinely comfortable with Sam right from our very first meeting. We had several quotes and to our surprise, Sam was the cheapest using the finest quality. He knew what he was talking about when it came to detail and where things should be placed, which was great for us because we had no idea.
We were difficult at times but nothing was ever in the too hard basket for Sam. He carried on in his friendly manner but showing true professionalism at all times.
Everyone from Sam’s team who entered our home was very polite and that we truly
appreciated. The boys would clean up nicely at the end of their work day.
