Dear Sam,

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the work that you undertook in renovating my bathroom. Your work is excellent. It is, moreover, of the highest standard.

I am particularly pleased that you were able to renovate my entire bathroom in the two weeks in which you said you would be able to undertake this work. I feared that at least some minor problems would arise during the course of your work, but none occurred.

I would recommend you without reservation to anyone who wants to have their bathroom renovated.
