“We have recently had two bathroom renovations completed by Sam’s team, an ensuite and family bathroom, and we are so delighted with the results. Even the 13 year old stops being grumpy when her bathroom is mentioned, and finds it so beautiful that it is now her favoured location for selfies. The process was so easy and trouble free from start to finish, and I felt very confident that I would end up with exactly what I wanted (which I have). From initial quoting and the opportunity to review visuals and modify them until happy and get advice from Katrina (makes a big difference as some things are so hard to picture without them), to selecting the tiles and fittings with Elvira, and having the actual work performed, it was smooth and an actually pleasant process. All of the team were great in both manner and work, and took care to make sure everything tidy each day – until we actually looked at the bathrooms, you would not even guess work was underway, they were that tidy. It was also very reassuring that both Sam and Elvira were readily available and stayed in good contact – and even followed up to see if anything further needed a few weeks after the work was completed. Even things like a request for extra shelves over what most would require were so quickly accommodated. The finished bathrooms are exactly what I had hoped for and literally has changed my life on a daily basis. My only regret is not getting my kitchen done by them too! ”
