Most important to me was Sam’s excellent communication with me throughout the process – he was prompt to return phone calls and he let me know what was happening and when at all stages. He was flexible when I made changes here and there and never made it seem as though any request was a big problem. The job was done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the result.
