“From our initial meeting to our final meeting with Sam the whole process of renovating our bathroom was very professional.

Once measurements and layout has been decided on, you are provided with 3D plans. These are invaluable as you can see exactly how the finished product will look and it was no trouble if you wanted to change something.

Their showroom is a one stop shop. Elvira and Shelby are very patient for those of us who have difficulty in making decisions! If you can’t find what you are looking for there was no hassle getting tiles, etc from an outside source – just had to let Elvira know and she would organise and at a better price.

A benefit to having no third parties involved, is that you deal directly with Sam who runs the whole project and co-ordinates all the trades. We were kept informed by Sam at every stage with what was happening at each step, who would be there and at what time. All the trades were on time, professional, efficient and tidy. We encountered a few hiccups along the way, but these were rectified immediately and without fuss.

Our bathroom looks amazing and we are extremely happy with the finished result. We have no hesitation in recommending Sam and his team and would definitely use them again on another project.
