I found the process to be very straight forward and felt that at all times I was making decisions based on the best possible advice. The clarity of the computer generated model made it easy to visualise how my bathroom would look, and coupled with the straightforward checklist of suppliers to choose the products, I felt I was in safe hands throughout the renovation. Working through the decision making process can be stressful and you made it easy for me, for which I am truly grateful. When I queried a step in the process I was most grateful at your patience and clarity of communication and choice of language to ensure I understood the requirements.
