To Whom It May Concern.

Sam Karkar and his team have completely transformed our bathroom from a 15 year facility to a modern, functional ensuite, designed for elderly folk, which is a pleasure to use. The original design was not built with aging users in mind, and the bath took up space which was not utilised.

The work involved removing plaster to access the pips, removing modesty walls, stripping all wall and floor tiles, and removing existing fittings. The space has been utilised to its maximum and we now have a modern bathroom.

The whole room appears light and airy and the work was completed with a minimum of fuss. We were particularly impressed with the team of workers, and the manner in which they tackled the job, they were friendly and efficient, cleaning up as they went, and to their credit, each evening prior to leaving for the day, they washed the tiled floors they had been walking on, even though they had been covered.

We selected Sam and his team as a result of a good report from our daughter who had a bathroom renovation done by them and she was highly pleased with the result. We were obviously right in listening to her, because we too, can highly recommend them.

Sam Karkar was at the helm of the whole job, overseeing the work, and ensuring everything was done on time, and at no time did he leave us wondering what and when, during the renovation process.”
