Dear Sam & Elvira,

Thank you so much for the excellent work on our bathroom renovation. We are thrilled with our beautiful new bathroom and the manner in which the project was carried out.

From the fully comprehensive quote that covered everything, to completion, the renovation has been carried out in a truly professional manner. Your help and advice and that of the tile and stone suppliers, assisted us to make our bathroom even better than we had imagined.

We thank each and every member of your team. From the team that demolished our old bathroom in a clean and tidy fashion. Putting protective runners down in the traffic areas, and cleaning up after them. The tilers were excellent. The workmanship is faultless and has been commented on most favourably by our friends and family. The ceiling work and replacement of the old cornice, again was a great job and carried out in a clean and tidy fashion. The plumber, glazier and electrician also carried out their work in professional manner, arriving on time and completing their tasks with excellent results and leaving the area clean and tidy. The cabinet maker assisted us with the design we requested and did an excellent job on our vanity.Thank you again.

Sam, your overall project management was faultless. You kept us informed almost daily by phone or visit, letting us know the progress and when the next phase of the renovation was going to occur and handling any queries we had, promptly. Elvira and the office staff were a pleasure to deal with, courteous and prompt to respond to any queries. Elvira is very knowledgeable on types of fittings and accessories, and assisted us with our selection. She also liaised with the product suppliers for us in response to a few queries we had.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom and the manner that the project was completed. Bathroom Renovations are a pleasure to deal with. Our 35 year old bathroom has been transformed into a beautiful display home bathroom.
