“Sam and Elvira,

Thankyou so much for renovating my ensuite. I am thrilled with it. Having it all done whilst We were overseas meant no inconvenience to us. On our return there was no mess just a sparkling new beautiful bathroom awaiting us. In the four weeks travelling around England and Ireland we sampled some pretty small and unusual showers and toilets. All had different tap fixtures and some were frustratingly complicated. Ours is a simple lever and the shower is huge as is the wonderful shower head. A lovely luxury.

Thank you both once again with your sincere professionalism and attention to detail. From Elvira’s wonderful help in choosing tiles and taps etc. to Sam’s diligence and sincere care to even work on a Sunday to meet our deadline.
