“What a transformation! I am so happy with new bathroom, laundry and powder room! The workmanship, the service and the attention to detail is exemplary. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the very first quote and the minute I met Sam I knew I trusted and liked him. He has kept me updated daily on what would be happening and made it the most seamless renovation process I have ever gone through. When I changed my mind on a sink in my powder room, within days they helped pick a new one and had a cabinet built to accommodate the change with no fuss whatsoever. Each tradesman Sam uses was lovely to deal with and have in my home and so professional. They kept the area so clean and organised it had minimal disruption to our home. Sam has gone the extra mile to help me (at 7pm one evening when a water pipe burst in an old non-renovated part of my house!) he arranged his plumber to get to me straight away and give me the help I needed. This extra service and kindness is rare to find. He should be very proud of the business he runs and the service standard he sets. The whole team should be congratulated. I am so happy spending time in my laundry now…never thought I would say that! And my girls feel like they are in a hotel in their new bathroom! Thank you so much to Elvira, Sam and all the team.
