“In mid 2018 we decided to do a kitchen renovation with another company. We were left so disappointed with unfinished work and constantly having to ask for things to be fixed.

In late 2018 we decided to renovate our ensuite and obviously went with a different company, being Bathroom Renovations Petih. From the moment Sam first came to see us the approach was completely different. He gave us great ideas, put us at ease and the price was very competitive.

We then saw Elvira at the showroom to make our choices of tiles and other fittings and again were astounded with the level of service, expertise and patience. Up to the stmi of the job nothing was too much to ask, regardless of how many times we did so.

We found all of the tradesmen to be skillful and courteous and they always cleaned up after they finished their individual jobs. If there was anything which required an opinion they would always check with us first so we knew we would finish up with the renovation we wanted. This is so important because you can’t think of every little thing before the job starts. The company which did the previous kitchen reno had a “my way or the highway” mentality.

We are extremely happy with our new ensuite and are about to embark on renovating the bathroom, WC and laundry. We have no doubt Sam and his team will again do an outstanding job.
