I have now got a beautiful 5 Star resort style bathroom and the whole process from day 1 was so seamless.
From my first meeting with Sam and drawing on his wealth of knowledge and expertise that enabled me to convey my vision. Then to see it come alive in a 3D picture created by the talented Shelby (whom I pestered many times for small changes) which was never a problem for her to implement.
From the beginning of knocking the old bathroom out to each day the process has been so professional and easy (well for me it was).
Sam was in constant contact and told me each afternoon what the next step would be. Who would be there and what they would be doing. All of Sam’s team did such an amazing job in every area, whether it be tiling, painting, cabinet making, installation, electrics, and plumbing ,just to name a few. Plus they cleaned everything up wonderfully at the end of each day. Total respect for my home.
