Yes, using state-of-the-art software, our qualified and experienced designers will produce a conceptual design – including 3D images, plans and elevations – to help you visualise your newly renovated room. We recommend that you come and visit our showroom for a consultation.
We offer up to 10 years warranty on all our workmanship* (which is more than most renovation companies in Perth). We keep on file manufacture/supplier warranties for fixture and fittings. These are also available on manufacture/supplier web sites.
Products/Materials supplied by the client are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, products/materials installed or works carried out by a person not appointed by us voids this warranty and the client is held responsible for any further damage that results from the delay in notification.
*Replacement of cracked tiles & cracked grout lines is limited to three months from renovations completion and is not included in the 10-year workmanship warranty. This three-month period is to allow for stress cracks only, as other factors as the age of the house and surrounding movements may cause tiles & grout to crack.
